Establishment
The Innovative “Skytower Zero Carbon Park” is a green powered industry manufacturing park consists of Three Key New Natural Resource Sectors tailored to several of the Kingdom’s rich natural resources but currently underutilized. These Three Key New Natural Resources segments consist of Carbon Element “C” Park, Silica Element “S” Park and Hydrogen Element “H” Park.
All Element Parks are supported by a completely green micro-grid power solution combining solar, wind, hydrogen, ammonia and energy storage. This unique combination serves as a venue for demonstration of ways to meet traditional needs yet with carbon pollution engineered out of manufacturing processes, transportation, energy generation, construction and ultimately thousands of industrial, commercial and residential processes that each in their own way produce carbon and related pollution.

Zero Carbon Park
STI is built around the ESG premise that a traditional economic development approach will benefit from a value added “no carbon” layer augmenting economic development by converting to sustainable practices that include environmental awareness and human potential development.
Sustainable Development, which is the implementation phase to the work of STI in the Skytower Zero Carbon Park is premised upon deriving “sufficient” prosperity for today leaving for future generations sufficient resources and capacity to derive such prosperity for themselves. Through “planning for the future” sustainable development allows for better uses of energy, natural resources and better development of existing and future human resources. Sustainable development provides resources needed for the next part of “circular economic value.”
