The development of national plans to measure success recognizing a common global timetable for the mitigation of atmospheric carbon pollution currently center on plans for Carbon Peak in 2030 and Carbon Neutrality in 2050 or 2060 depending on national circumstances. Skytower Investments (STI) seeks to recognize the communality of interests of United States, Saudi Arabia and China to build new economic and cooperative structures that recognize the urgent need for and the incredible opportunity that meeting this challenge in a productive way presents for three nations. Saudi Arabia and China societies, which are still developing, can utilize meeting the carbon mitigation timetables to develop increasingly inclusive, prosperous and sustainable societies.
Both Saudi Arabia and China’s leadership broadly agree that this responsibility is both for the economic future and the quality of life their people can enjoy for generations to come. Collaboration by leading members of three nations, including China, Saudi Arabia and the informed American public, are in agreement that supporting the best technology and practices for mitigation is in the global interest.
To share the physical and technical means to effect needed carbon emissions reductions in the commercial and industrial sectors will stimulate innovation among the broad polulation who want change and want success they can see and understand. Unlike previous commercial approaches where one party supplied the means and the other party paid for it: STI’s approach creates broad access to the “means of reduction” of carbon pollution through technology to be multiplied and shared: through the learn, design, build, and manufacture together process. Great ideas, creative thinking is the “new global currency of the no carbon world!”
Saudi Arabia is blessed with a great storehouse of natural wealth. For decades, the focus was on production of fossil fuels: this was the global standard to which the Kingdom excelled and many others based their economic growth. Recognizing that the abundant radiant energy that falls on the Kingdom and China’s huge commitment to convert radiant energy to power for its people, adding the power of American technology innovation is a fundamental beginning point of great cooperative potential.
STI recognizes the opportunity presented by Saudi Arabia’s and China’s commitment to the shared goals of climate change mitigation and using that to make their own societies more prosperous through energy and sustainable economic resilience.
A “No Carbon” future is an underlying policy principle of Carbon Neutrality. STI believes its mission is to take the framework of Carbon Neutrality and build upon it to create sustainable economic development which in and of itself is a powerful human capital multiplier. The new and increasingly No Carbon developing world is one of economic opportunity and a place for all to build a sustainable future for themselves and their families.
Nature evolved “nautrally” to keep atmoshpheric carbon at a manageable necessary level but is overwhelmed by the last two hundered years of man made carbon pollution. Humankind today must assist the natural world in returning to that manageable level through working hard, in our own best future interest, to achieve the first true global goal: Carbon Neutrality, as fast as we can!
